In the fall of 2022 and spring of 2023, I was blessed to work with four very talented groups of student filmmakers at SMU in Dallas. I scored their senior thesis films so they could get experience working with a composer. The films were all very different in terms of genre, mood, message, and personality, so it was a bit of a challenge to manage all of these at the same time. Have a listen and let me know what you think!
The Dinner, Lexie Shamir
The Dinner
a gripping psychological thriller and horror short that will have you on the edge of your seat, and never able to look at red-velvet cake the same way again

Dead on Arrival, Anna Butcher

Dead on Arrival
a dark comedic tale of relationships, love, trust, and what it means to live rather than just being alive
The Cube, Piper Hadley
The Cube
a light and absurdist commentary on humanity’s dull and mundane existence, and how forgetting is sometimes easier than existing.

Love in the Evening/Morning, Alexandra Savu

The Dinner
a gripping psychological thriller and horror short that will have you on the edge of your seat, and never able to look at red-velvet cake the same way again
